Bill 3075 elaborates on the May 7, 2014 deadline for the completion of certain remedial investigations through the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Program (NJ LSRP). This bill is expected to move through this legislative session which ends mid-January. It is estimated that 4,000 NJ Cases could be affected by this change in legislation.
The legislative language for ISRA applicability (ISRA determination letter), proposed by the the NJ State Bar Association, is proposed to change with this bill.
