The Site Design Group of AGC, headed by Dan Wright, has been working with our client, StanAb, LP, to transform two derelict buildings in Kennett Square into a “Class A” Apartment Building with 187 apartments, which will eventually be called the Lofts at State Street.  AGC is providing a survey, sketch plan, land development application, PADEP NPDES permitting, stormwater infiltration testing, and PADEP sanitary sewer planning.  This project was recently covered in an article published by VISTA.TODAY, which described the zoning amendment portion of the project.

AGC has worked on over 50 site design and geotechnical projects in Kennett Square area, most notably the Magnolia Place Apartments redevelopment project.  Other past projects in Kennett Square include: Bayard-Taylor Library, Longwood Corporate Center, Kendal Crosslands, Citadel Federal Credit Union, Penns Manor, the Cannery Development, mushroom farms, residential, and commercial projects.
